Procurement Inquiry

Businesses interested in participating in the Small Business Contracting program must meet the following requirements: (1) The business must be a for-profit business in the United States. (2) The business must be owned by a person or persons that own and control at least 51% of the company. (3) The business must attach evidence of a valid SBE/Veteran-owned Certification Letter to the completed form.
