Publications and tariffs govern terms and conditions of carriage, and charges for supplemental services. All carriers, shippers and customers doing business with the New Orleans Public Belt should review and be familiar with all NOPB publications and tariffs.
Please note that NOPB publications and tariffs may be revised, amended or supplemented from time to time. It is the obligation of the carriers, shippers and customers to check the NOPB’s website to ensure they are referencing the most recent versions.
